By accessing, registering on, or using the mcw778 platform (the "Platform"), you ("the Player") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on the mcw778 platform:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be communicated within the Platform.
• Ownership: You may only deposit and withdraw funds using payment accounts registered in your own name. mcw778 will not process transactions to or from accounts belonging to third parties.

General bonus terms applicable across all mcw778 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players aged 21 and above who have a verified mcw778 account in good standing.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted by the relevant promotion terms.

All sports bets and casino game rounds placed on the mcw778 platform are subject to the following general rules:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mcw778 platform:

• Opening or operating more than one mcw778 account simultaneously or consecutively.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that seeks to influence the outcome of a sporting event for the purpose of gaining an unfair betting advantage.
• Colluding with other Players, dealers, or third parties in casino games for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.

• Using the Platform to launder money or to conduct any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws or regulations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mcw778 shall not be liable to any Player for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

mcw778 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mcw778 does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information displayed on the Platform, including odds, scores, or statistics sourced from third-party providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude mcw778's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Players may request the closure of their mcw778 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, mcw778 will process any pending withdrawals of legitimately accrued balances, subject to verification requirements, before closing the account.

mcw778 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• mcw778 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with the account.
• The Player fails to complete identity verification within a specified timeframe.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to mcw778.

Where an account is closed by mcw778 due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances or bonus-derived winnings may be forfeited. Legitimate real-money balances will be returned to the Player through the original deposit method, subject to the outcome of any ongoing investigation.
